Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance or 7 days in advance for NDIS clients. Appointments are currently in high demand,  and when you make an appointment you hold a place with that specific Dietitian. If you cancel with limited notice (<24hours or <7 days for NDIS clients), this limits our ability to fill this space for another client. We appreciate your consideration and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 02 4081 1828 between the hours of 8am and 5pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time or 7 days before the appointed time for NDIS clients. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client the FULL cost of the missed appointment fee as well as any travel time that was allocated in the case of a home visit.
